We want you to be fully satisfied with FlashFeed. If you are not happy with your paid subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
Email support@flashfeed.ai with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.
Eligible for refund: Requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase date. One refund per customer. First-time subscriptions only.
Not eligible for refund: Requests made after 14 days from purchase. Renewal payments (you can cancel before renewal to avoid charges). Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations. Lifetime deals or promotional purchases (unless specifically stated otherwise).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period after cancellation.
The free tier does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to this refund policy. You may delete your free account at any time by contacting support.
For EU consumers: You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This refund policy meets or exceeds these requirements. Your statutory rights are not affected.
