By accessing or using FlashFeed (flashfeed.ai), operated as a sole proprietorship ("we", "us", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FlashFeed is an AI-powered content repurposing tool that generates platform-optimized text outputs from user-provided content. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate suggestions. Outputs are provided on an "as-is" basis.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
You agree not to use FlashFeed to: (a) generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on third-party rights; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service; (d) submit content that contains malware, viruses, or harmful code; (e) circumvent usage limits or access controls; (f) resell or redistribute generated content as an automated service without permission.
Your input content: You retain full ownership of content you submit to FlashFeed. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of generating outputs.
Generated outputs: Outputs generated by the AI are provided to you for your use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content before publishing it on any platform. We do not claim ownership over generated outputs.
No guarantee of accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or inappropriate material. You acknowledge that outputs are machine-generated suggestions, not professional advice, and you use them at your own risk.
FlashFeed offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed annually through our payment processor (Paddle). Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Each plan includes a monthly allocation of content packs. Unused packs do not roll over. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLASHFEED AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR REPUTATION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
You expressly acknowledge that: (a) AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable; (b) you are solely responsible for verifying and editing all generated content before use; (c) we bear no responsibility for consequences arising from your publication or use of generated content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlashFeed and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you submit or publish; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania. For EU consumers, this does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law.
